Tja, nostalgischer Synthsound im Stile der End-80er, vielleicht auch schon Anfang 90er kombiniert respektive gemixt mit frischen Summervibes der heutigen 20er. AJ erzählt dabei die Geschichte einer Liebe, die von Sehnsucht, Hoffnungslosigkeit und Naivität getrieben ist. Beeinflusst von Künstler wie Kendrick Lamar bis Tracy Chapman, oder Doja Cat bis Stevie Wonder treffen elektrifizierende Melodien auf emotive Raps und entfachen ein musikalisches Feuerwerk. Der Aufforderung, hervorgerufen durch den fast schon hypnotischen Rhythmus, mitzutanzen, kann man kaum widerstehen, die Beats verleiten einen einfach zu sehr. Man muss, kann gar nicht anders.
