Please Insert Coin: ‘Games’ by The Octopus Division

‘Games’ by The Octopus Division If you love the 80s and don't know Matt Muncie (aka The Octopus Division), you've definitely missed something. But as it's never too late for good music, you can catch up on what you've missed anytime and almost anywhere.  The Octopus Division's latest work is called ‘Games’ and once again represents the decade of neon lights perfectly. The major sequences are classically chosen, and you'll be hooked from the start. Back in the world of arcade games, the song becomes an intense journey of self-discovery, describing personal growth. Timelessness and shared experiences emphasize the importance of interpersonal bonds. ‘Games’ creates a dreamy atmosphere that allows you to immerse yourself in another world and makes you think about the future - all because you pressed the start button.  The entire production clearly bears Matt's signature, with classic drums, synth arrangements, and above all, the usual concise vocal part, which...

"Wear Black" by Madu

Today we start with Madu, a Finnish solo artist. He is closing the year 2021 with the release of a new single Wear Black. The track, a teeth-rattling banger filled with catchy hooks and clever electronic production, fortifies Madu’s signature blend of gothpop, emo aesthetics and indietronica.

"Gravity" by K-Complex

Next are K-Complex, a dark-electro duo from Bologna, Italy, released their single "Gravity" some days ago. Inspired by 80’s dark/new-wave and electronic music with a touch hard/prog rock influences they were able to catch the spirit of underground and I'm definitely curious and looking forward to their upcoming Album early next year.

"Skipping Stone" by _telemaque_

Something great from the first album "Silent creatures". It is called "Skipping stone". This is an acoustic ballad in two parts. This piece starts with a contemplative chiaroscuro and then opens up to an optimistic and hopeful vibe.

"Where Do We Stand" by Class Vee

And our last track comes from an American singer, songwriter and producer with a retro vibe in her style of music. Her writing style is poetic and intended to connect with people. Class Vee is back, back on stage, back in our ears with a banger called "Where Do We Stand".
