Es ist die dritte Veröffentlichung von Joshua Woo. Dieses Mal geht's Richtung Weltall, oder eben auch nicht, denn alle haben den Planeten verlassen bis auf einen der zurückbleibt um die Erde wieder bewohnbar zu machen (der Klimawandel lässt grüßen).

So die Story, der Background zum Song, welche in den Lyrics angedeutet und gewissermaßen von den Klängen fertig erzählt wird. Eine emotionale Stimmung, in der keine Zeit für's Bedauern bleibt und Isolation sowie Einsamkeit vorherrschen, eine akustische Expression hervorgerufen durch die pittoreske Soundlandschaft. Der Aufbruch zu neuen Horizonte mit einem Hauch Hoffnungslosigkeit versehen, "I wonder if they'll come back, I wonder where they went" heißt es in den Lyrics, könnte man meinen.

Joshua Woo zeigt mit "10-2-1" erneut sein Talent, aber vor allem auch seine musikalische Vielfalt, Indie Folk und Indietronica, der gemeinsame Nenner eindeutig Joshua Woo. A beautiful song about a worrying situation.

The remix shows Double Triangle in top form, with good progression that keeps up the tension and simultaneously proves that, together with Carlos Ucedda, they can also capture the 90s flair magnificently and present it in the style of the 2000s. "Wer bin ich¿" zeigt eine tiefe Identitätskrise und Sinnsuche des Menschen. Dichtboi symbolisiert den verzweifelten Versuch, der Realität durch Illusionen zu entfliehen. Der Text erinnert daran, dass wahrer Mut darin besteht, sich den Herausforderungen des Lebens zu stellen und Erfüllung innerhalb der realen Grenzen zu suchen, oder es wird zur Flucht in eine andere Welt, die leider oft nur einen Ausweg kennt. Und so bleibt am Ende der Beginn einer neuen Ebene der Existenz. Nachdenkliches von Dichtboi zum Jahresende.
