The Swedish Pop Rock band Symphony Of Sweden is the missing link between Pop and Metal! Evan and Lee lived in the same small town up north in Sweden. Lee had his own little service point, betting shop, tobacco store nearby which also happened to be Evan’s local service point where he went to get his parcels. 
After saying hello to each other for a couple of years, there was one day Evan had a parcel to get – which obviously was music-related. They fell into conversation with each other, a few days later Evan invited Lee to his studio. The rest is history.

Das Tempo haben sie dieses Mal ein wenig angezogen, kraftvoll und dynamisch geht's zur Sache. Die Rede ist von "Get Out Of My Mind", dem neuen Release der Band welches vor ein paar Tagen erschien. Der Opener "Get Out Of My Mind" ist Part einer 4-Song EP, das Thema, die verlorene Liebe. Was bleibt sind oftmals nur die guten Erinnerungen, diese setzen sich eben besonders hartnäckig fest und um "vergessen zu können" sollte man sich dieser irgendwann entledigen bevor sie einen verfolgen. Musikalisch untermalen sie die Story äußerst dynamisch, "Pop meets Metal", könnte man meinen, Bass und Drums erzeugen enormen Druck und die Vocals sorgen für die Krönung.
Mit "Down and Counting" befindet sich ein zweiter neuer Track auf der EP. Ein "Survival Song" wie sie ihn selbst beschreiben. Das Leben als ewiger Kampf, Rückschläge sollten dich nicht aufhalten, auch wenn du angezählt bist, stehe auf und kämpfe weiter, so die Message. Aggressiv die Umsetzung, rauh die Stimmung aber alles eingebettet in Euphorie.
Die bereits bekannten "Just Let It Bleed", wie auch "Lay Them Down (A broken son’s cry)" erhielten eine neue Abmischung und komplementieren diese gelungene EP. 
Pontus "Evan" Hagberg und Linus "Lee”" Wester überzeugen und überraschen gekonnt, machen aber auch Lust sich die Vorgängerreleases wieder anzuhören. "Get Out Of My Mind" kommt bei uns auf alle Fälle auf die Playlist und das Prädikat "Wort to Listen".
