Now, Ana Clara is pursuing a solo career, showcasing her talent and versatility as a songwriter and vocalist. She has a repertoire of over 150 original songs, influenced by icons like Prince, Janet Jackson, Etta James, and Johnny Diesel. Her music fuses elements of Lo-Fi, RnB, Soul, and Pop, creating a unique and captivating sound. Her debut single, released in July 2020, was a smash hit among fans and critics alike, and she is currently working on her next EP, which is slated for release in mid 2024. Her latest release, “Lights Down Low”, is a collaboration with Kokonut Candle Co., a Brazilian company that specializes in natural and aromatic candles. 
They approached Ana in early 2023 to create a signature scent for their upcoming collection, and she agreed to compose a song to match the fragrance. The result is a sensual and soothing track that evokes the feeling of romance, passion, and trust. The candle, named after the song, has a delicious aroma of vanilla bean and coconut water, reminiscent of a tropical paradise. The song and the candle are a perfect pair, inviting listeners to enjoy a cozy and intimate moment with their loved ones.

being anne is a versatile artist who defies genres. Her music blends folk and pop, being at times forthright, at times delicate, at times ironic, at times subdued and weary. Her lyrics are not conventional song lyrics, but rather resemble transient reflections that mirror her sentiments and thoughts. In her new song ‘strawberry picking’ she sings about a bygone summer love that proves to be a chimera. 
She recollects the idyllic moments she shared with her partner, but also the falsehoods and betrayals that ruined their relationship. She realizes that they were both other than they thought. The song is a plaintive and genuine reckoning with a failed love, but also emanates hope for a fresh start.
