“In the dead of night” by Rogue Fx & Sign Of Crows

We are honoured to present two remarkable musicians on this day of artistic collaboration: Andrew Wood, alias Rogue Fx, a prize-winning synth-pop/electro artist from the United Kingdom, and Sign Of Crows from Istanbul, who explore the phenomenon of insomnia and its repercussions in their collaborative song. 
“In the dead of night” captivates me musically with its composition, which commences with a gentle and tranquil onset, as if one were settling down to rest, and then progressively heightens the tension, which manifests itself as emotional turmoil and breathlessness. The demarcation between reality and fantasy fades and the only thing that remains is the shroud of the night. The striking vocal performance amplifies this impression and merges with the sound design to an amplitude that signifies a new zenith in the oeuvre of the two artists. 
“In the dead of night” is a danceable synth-electro-pop song in the characteristic style of Rogue Fx, but with Sign Of Crows it acquires a new aspect of pop that will soar through the ether for many nights.
