‘Tomorrow's Here to Stay’ by Andy Korg

‘Tomorrow's Here to Stay’ by Andy Korg He returns after a break that lasted a little longer than planned. Months turned into years, and a band member transformed into a solo artist.  With ‘Tomorrow's Here to Stay’, Andy Korg delivers electropop flavoured with the essence of the 80s.   This amazing electro-pop sound is in a class of its own, impresses with catchy melodies harmonising with a pulsating synth bass groove, sailing to new musical shores in the wake of a driving beat. The song's mood is both melancholic and euphoric, with a playful and meticulously chosen sound palette creating a grandiose spectrum that, if described in colours, ranges from pastel to neon. ‘Tomorrow's Here to Stay’ is a wonderful piece of music and promises to be just the beginning. If the following singles maintain this quality, we can eagerly look forward to the coming months. ‘The Secret’s Out’ by Andy Jans-Brown, Cameron Spike-Porter

‘The Secret’s Out’ by Andy Jans-Brown, Cameron Spike-Porter

A beat that sneaks around the corner, occasionally reminiscent of the early '90s but not quite belonging there, as it pulses too closely to the zeitgeist. ‘The Secret’s Out’ by Andy Jans-Brown is out now and is definitely more than just a playlist addition. Fine indie rock that doesn’t neglect its roots and is refined through originality.
Andy Jans-Brown
Andy Jans-Brown’s vocals demonstrate character and lead the track. The drums are varied without being intrusive, subtle perfection, one might say, while amidst it all, a bass holds the structure together as the lead guitar repeatedly tries to break free. Musically excellent.
Lyrically, we traverse the various facets of falling, starting with the exhilarating plunge into the embrace of love, all the way to the decay of empires. Along the way, we encounter the whimsical folly of the fool, the seductive call of propaganda, and the allure of deception. And despite all the experiences and adversities we encounter on our journey called life, a part of us always remains naive and innocent.
Returning to the beginning, where it says, ‘I have a story for you, some of which might even be true…’, what is definitely true is that Andy Jans-Brown (vocals, guitar), Cameron Spike-Porter (bass), and David Ely (drums) have conjured up a fantastic piece of indie pop/rock and are helping shorten the wait for the album release with this eloquent piece of music.
