‘The Long Night’ by Fake Plastic Loneliness, disillusionment, and the inevitability of difficult times are the themes of Fake Plastic's latest single, ‘The Long Night,’ released a few days ago.   As their second single, the Hamburg band provides a further taster of the upcoming album ‘Awake in the Night.’ It also criticizes the insignificance of material wealth and superficial pursuits, while painting a picture of isolation and loneliness that contrasts with the desire to flee from challenges or seek help. ‘The Long Night’ paints a bleak picture of life's struggles and the challenges of finding meaning and connection in a world that often seems cold and indifferent.
